I agree that video conferences may be recorded to make them available to other participants and screenshot photos may be taken. I acknowledge that the recordings may contain the complete chat logs or excerpts thereof and that the content may be used in anonymised form to document the online event. I am aware that questions can also be asked anonymously in the chat if desired. During the recordings the session participants’ cameras and microphones will remain activated.

I have also been informed that, for privacy reasons, I am not obliged to use my real name and my camera and/or microphone during the webinar. I acknowledge that screenshot photos and maybe also videos will be made during the online event to document the event and for publication in print and online media of the OeAD GmbH. Consent to the use of zoom.us*

I acknowledge that the video conferencing solution Zoom.us will be used for the video conferences. To participate you must provide a first name when joining (may also be a pseudonym). Your full name and institution will not be published by us during the video conference unless you disclose this data yourself (e.g. via chat or microphone). If you ask a question via chat or microphone (audio connection) this will be visible to all participants and later on also to all people watching the recording. Therefore, if you have confidential questions or use personal data of third parties in your enquiry, please contact the person you wish to talk to by phone or e-mail. During the video conference your user behaviour will be recorded, in particular when you join the session, whether and which questions you ask via chat or audio connection, whether and how you participate in votings. Data will be processed according to Article 6 para. 1 lit. e GDPR, in the public interest to fulfil our statutory tasks of programme management and public relations according to the OeAD Act. Your data will be stored for a period of three years for documentation purposes, for improvement management and to answer follow-up enquiries. The disclosure of personal data and its processing within the framework of online tools used during video conferences – e.g. the digital noticeboard “Padlet” or the survey software “Mentimeter” – is voluntary and based on consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and is not mandatory.
