Contact-Building Seminar

This one-day hybrid event aims to foster new partnerships between Erasmus+ Programme countries and Western Balkan higher education institutions through Erasmus+ actions including International Credit Mobility (ICM), Erasmus Mundus (EM), and Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE). The event will include plenary sessions, followed by bilateral matchmaking sessions for HEIs. 

The event is aimed exclusively for higher education institution representatives, specifically for academic or teaching staff who have a clear institutional mandate to explore international partnerships. National Agency representatives may be able to follow the plenary session online, subject to final confirmation of the streaming platform.

Registration: Please note that institutions interested in participating in the Contact-Building Seminar, either onsite or online, are kindly requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) form by 10 July, 17:00 CEST. A selection process will take place following the submission deadline and continue throughout July. As with the EU Policy event, if onsite places become available following the selection of participants based on the EOIs, we may launch a targeted call for interested National Agency representatives. While we will do our best to accommodate such interest, onsite participation cannot be guaranteed at this stage.
