Participation is open to European higher education institutions and national higher education promotion agencies/agencies from the 33 Erasmus+ programme countries. European University Alliances are also eligible to exhibit at the event: one consortium member can register on behalf of the alliance and will be charged with registration fees.

Participation fee: 600 EUR (excl. VAT). This includes: Participation in the online institutional event on 13 November 2026 -  Virtual exhibition space
