Vienna is one of the world’s top 10 student cities

In the latest QS Best Student Cities Ranking by higher education analysts Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), the Austrian capital ranks ninth, once again placing it among the leading international destinations for students.

Vienna performs particularly well in terms of quality of life and also stands out for its cultural offerings and affordability. The ranking takes into account factors including the quality of higher education, affordability, employment opportunities and the student mix, including the share of international students and the proportion of students in the overall population.
