FH Kärnten Introduces New Master's Programme

Launching in autumn 2024, the "Advanced Nursing Practice" (ANP) master's program at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (FH Kärnten) offers part-time study for nursing professionals seeking to enhance their skills and integrate the latest nursing sciences into practice. ANP prepares graduates for diverse roles in healthcare, focusing on primary care and providing expertise in areas such as Public, Community, and Family Health, as well as management skills. Graduates earn a Master of Science in Health Studies (MSc) after completing the two-year program, equipped with specialized communication abilities and strategic problem-solving skills tailored to individual healthcare needs. This initiative addresses the evolving demands of Austria's healthcare system, offering nursing professionals opportunities for career advancement while prioritizing patient-centric care. The language of instruction will be German with elements in English.
