As part of the Lienz-Innsbruck technology degree, students will receive a flexible and innovative education that begins in Lienz and can be continued in Innsbruck. The first year is designed to allow students to explore four different technical fields (Environmental, Process & Energy Engineering, Mechatronics, Medical, Health & Sports Technology, and Industrial Engineering) without having to make an immediate decision. The timetable allows for part-time work alongside studies.
From the second year onwards, students can continue their chosen technology degree either full-time or part-time at the Innsbruck campus. In the third year, students will complete an international semester in collaboration with partner universities and a internship semester, during which they will also write their dissertation. MCI offers close cooperation with industry, practice-oriented courses, and valuable international networks.
