University access - start of registration for studies with restricted access

The registration period for the majority of restricted-access courses starts again at Austrian universities on March 1st.

In addition to medical studies and psychology, teacher training courses and other subjects at individual universities are also affected. Multi-stage admission procedures are used at the universities. If there are fewer applicants than there are places, the entrance test can be omitted.
