Offers for refugees students at the JKU

MOREclassic: MOREclassic supports refugee and expelled students as well as prospective students in their efforts to obtain an education. Detailed information can be found on the homepage: jku.at/iwc/moreclassic

Borealis MORE grant: The Borealis MORE scholarship is aimed at students who are enrolled in a regular study programmes at Johannes Kepler University. The receipt of the scholarship (depending on the asylum status € 110.00 or € 360.00 per month) is linked to the fulfillment of study achievements (learning agreement). The application period for both programs is between June 26 and July 16, 2023. The application forms and the required documents (see homepage also available in English) can be sent by email to more@jku.at or borealis-more-stipendium@jku.at. A personal interview is held with each applicant after receipt of the complete application documents. Important note: An application is only possible for one of the two offers - either MOREclassic OR Borealis-MORE-Scholarship.
